We started with the question where our first platforms were. And some of us our talk with our ‘confessions’ about what basically our 1st platforms in the world of kink were (sometimes fresh, so for some of us almost pre-internet).

And then we thought: “Where do we meet nowadays? (and maybe we should create a bit of awareness about these global developments?”)
There are many platforms out there, some use FB’s secret groups, others twitter (where everything still seems to be possible), others use Fetlife, others rather video platforms like Xtube and OnlyFans. And then there are a plethora of dating apps Romeo etc… Fetish is available in many flavours… 🙂

And we also asked a few people that lost their followers, that lost their online voice because their voice is apparently too gay, too kinky, too ‘fetishy’, or too sexy…
Fosta/sesta is (ab)used to search in the most unreasonable places for “all those poor abused women” (works great during elections, by the way) but is then abused for taking the economic basis from decent prostitution and other sex-work. It is even used as a ‘regulation’ of the internet and therefore porn sites are scrutinised and gay discussion groups are closed on facebook because… well basically because they are visible as gay.
